I am a graduate of Ashmead College of Massage, specializing in Sports and Injury Treatment. I have owned and operated my massage business,
Sports Xtreme, in the Thurston County area since 2001. I provide full massage services of swedish massage, sports massage and therapeutic/injury
treatment services.
Prior to my massage schooling, I also attended Montana State University, where I was a double major. I received my BS in
1997 in Sports Medicine/Athletic Training and Health and Physical Education K-12. While attending MSU, I also competed in Track & Field and Cross
Country for the university. Post collegiately, I taught health and physical education in Arizona for two years before returning to Washington
State to train for the 2000 US Olympic Marathon Trials.
As a huge proponent of massage therapy as an essential health and wellness service.
